Team & Admin¶
This page describes the platform-level administration controls and the team invitation flow.
Admin Console (For System Administrators Only)¶
Users with administrator privileges can access the Admin Console to manage organizations and system settings.
Creating an Organization: - Go to the Admin Console screen. - Under the Create Organization card, type the name of the new organization (for example, Helix Photonics). - Click the Create organization button. - What this means: You created a new organization tenant in the database.
Inviting New Administrators: - Under the Invite new admin card, type the work email of the new admin user. - Click the Invite administrator button. - What you just did: An admin invitation link will be sent to the email address.
Managing Organizations: - View the table listing all registered organizations, their seat counts (licenses), and their current subscription plan (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise). - To delete an organization, click the Delete (trash can) button next to its name.
Accepting a Team Invitation¶
When a colleague invites you to join an organization or team:
Click the link in your email invitation to open the Accept Invite page.
Ensure you are signed in to your account.
Review the invitation details (the name of the team and the features you will gain access to).
Click the Accept Invitation button.
The system will upgrade your account roles and redirect you to the main dashboard.
What you just did: You joined your team’s workspace, allowing you to view and edit shared chip designs and collaborate on simulations.
