Why it matters
- NbTiN combines the high Tc of NbN with improved thin-film uniformity and magnetic field
resilience. It is widely used for microwave resonators requiring both high quality factor (Q) and resilience to in-plane magnetic fields, making it superior for large-scale qubit arrays and flux-tunable designs.
